This was a sneak attack. It started out as a slightly above average suspense novel. I was enjoying it, but got suspicious about it being a Christian novel in disguise when Khalid started talking about Shiloh and God. It became clear that it was a Christian novel when all of a sudden we have a CIA assassin/spy who is a devout Christian - major suspension of belief required here.
Until then, I was enjoying it. I REALLY hate it when prosyletizers hide their agendas in relatively decent fiction - just say what it is and let the reader decide. I am glad I didn't pay for it.
